Ava is in first grade. She likes it. Her favorite subject is reading, then math, and she hates computers. Very odd, because she's obsessed with my iPhone. Ava seems to excel at academics. She also likes Girl Scouts, which she signed up for this year. She's a Daisy. Most of my friends are like "don't sell me those a$$ fattening cookies," but I'm pretty sure Ava will figure out how to accomplish that task. And she'll do it well - because she's smart and cute.
Easton is doing awesome. He's quirky, funny, handsome, smart, and kind. I couldn't ask for a better son. He aged out of the Infant-Toddler Program at age 3. He was discharged from PT and OT was stopped. We have taken a short time off of services, but we may consider more OT in the future. He's learning to do lots of skills independently and really developing well. He's right on track at this point, in my opinion! Just a little bit sensory and a little uncoordinated. I think we all know and love people like that!
Elle is crazy. That child is the "one." The "one" that will cause all the trouble. The "one" you have to watch. The "one" everyone loves. She's a mess! We couldn't love her more. She admires her older sister so much and watches out for her twin brother. She flirts with all the boys she meets and charms all the girls. She's the Elle of the Ball for sure!

security - since there is always the need for speech therapy... all the time. The marathon of jobs, one might say!
So the Bumgarners are well. I hope to be able to post more, soon... and get back to my witty and hilarious self. I hope to inspire through writing again, but I needed a writing vacation. So there you have it... "Being a Bumgarner"is back! We're excited!
