
So here goes:

6:45 - leave for work
7:30-4:00 - work
4:20-5:15 hit the pool for a cardio workout, or head home for weights
5:30 - do weights (if I already swam); or just chill with the kids --- the kids do weights with me!
6:15 or so - get supper started and eat
7:30 - if cardio swim wasn't done, I try to sneak out for a run around this time; otherwise I play Mom
8:30 - play with the kids
9:00 - put the kids to bed; I usually do Beachbody stuff around this time. Not a power hour, but it is what I got!
10:00 - I


Saturdays are even more interesting...
6:00 - 9:45 wake up for a long run or a medium run and swim practice
10:00 shower, recovery shake, legs on the wall
11:00 - Speech therapy
12:00 - Do some crazy Bumgarner fun time stuff... I gotta make up for lost time
4:00 - I often do a short Beachbody workout
5:00 - More Bumgarner fun
11:00 - Everyone passes out with smiles on their faces!
I have a jam packed schedule, but I prove that it can be done and life is still loads of fun! I cannot imagine sitting down... I do rest, but I enjoy living a very fulfilled and exciting life!
